Firstly Round 3 has been absolutely fantastic so we would like to congratulate you all on an amazing effort. Your commitment and enthusiasm through this not so cold Winter has been outstanding!!
A reminder about our end of Round 3 breakfast break-up on Saturday the 14th September at G J Walter Park. Normal session time (Fitness Testing) & games start at 630am with breakfast starting at 8am. We would like to invite you all down for the morning. If your Bootcamp packs have expired you can purchase an additional session to participate. Otherwise feel free to join us for breakfast as we would love to see you all there to have something healthy to eat and discuss what we have all achieved over the last 10 weeks.
Final Round 4 2013!!!!
We have one final round left for 2013 – Round 4 starts Monday the 30th September and finishes Saturday the 7th of December. We want to see you all back fired up ready to go, achieving your goals before we break for Christmas. Round 4 will be jam packed with fun, excitement and motivation before we all set off for holidays.
Bootcamp timetable will be shifted back outdoors for all early AM sessions, Saturdays will start at 6am and all PM sessions will be shifted back to G J Walter Park. Our Monday Yoga will be moved back outdoors to Cleveland Lighthouse Point starting at a soothing and relaxing 530am to help mentally prepare you for your working week. Please check the Run Group article for new session times also to help accommodate you all.
