Reinvigoration Program Details & Registrations!

5 Week Rejuvenation Introduction.

The program is designed to introduce people to the concept of a seasonal cleanse. The program will provide the basics of healthy nutrition and nutrition for detoxification and reinvigoration.

The program is divided into two distinct levels and four/five distinct phases.

  1. Level One – The most demanding but will provide the best results.
  2. Level Two – More mild and easier for the first timer, time poor or for someone who has increased demand for nutrition (i.e. tradesmen etc.)

Both programs enjoy the online Facebook forum support throughout the program and more customised solutions can be developed via private consultation with the client (cost not included in the program).

Level One Program (Higher Intensity)

  • Week 1 – Phase One – Health Building Nutrition Planner.
  • Week 2 – Phase Two – Digestive and Detoxification Systems Preparation.

Seminar 1 – Saturday 30th January 8am – Topic – Do’s and Don’ts of cleanses and detoxes and what to expect!

  • Week 3 – Phase Three – Concentrated Detoxification (liquid meals only) with optional Liver Cleanse Supplementation Recommendations.
  • Week 4 – Phase Four – Post Detoxification Recovery.
  • Week 5 – Phase Five – Lead Out Health Building Nutrition Planner.

Level Two Program (Lower Intensity)

  • Week 1 – Phase One – Health Building Nutrition Planner.
  • Week 2a – Phase Two – 3 Day Digestive and Detoxification Systems Preparation.

Seminar 1 – Saturday 30th January 8am – Topic – Do’s and Don’ts of cleanses and detoxes and what to expect!

  • Week 2b – 4 Day Concentrated Detoxification (liquid meals only) with optional Liver Cleanse Supplementation Recommendations.
  • Week 3a – Phase Two Repeat – 3 Day Digestive and Detoxification Systems Preparation.
  • Week 3b – 4 Day Concentrated Detoxification (liquid meals only) with optional Liver Cleanse Supplementation Recommendations.
  • Week 4 – Phase Three – Post Detoxification Recovery.
  • Week 5 – Phase Four – Lead Out Health Building Nutrition Planner.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW!

We will be running the cleanse program on both start date options. Group 1 starts Saturday the 16th of January & Group 2 starts Saturday the 30th of January.

The seminar will be held at The Bench – Shop 8, 18-24 Middle Street Cleveland on Saturday the 30th of January starting at 8am. Both group 1 & 2 are welcome at this seminar, if you are unable to make this seminar it will be video recorded and posted on our closed Facebook forum page.

Guys this seminar is crucial to the understanding about your cleanse. The videoed seminar is mainly for group 2 – we understand some of you still may miss this live but the video will be accessible within a day or two after.

  1. Body composition testing for group 1 will be held at The Bench – Shop 8, 18-24 Middle Street Cleveland Saturday the 16th between 6am – 8am. You will receive your meal planner this morning and will be able to start your shopping and preparation.
  2. Body composition testing for group 2 will be held at The Bench – Shop 8, 18-24 Middle Street Cleveland Saturday the 30th between 6am – 8am. You will receive your meal planner this morning and will be able to start your shopping and preparation.
