Until the start of this year I thought I was relatively healthy, playing the occasional game of touch football and not eating too much junk food. I was so wrong – as soon as I was introduced to Fit Stuff by a friend my views of what is healthy and nourishing for my body completely changed. Thanks to the Fit Stuff team I have lost 5kg since January, totally changed my body shape, and really increased my strength and fitness.
Fit Stuff is lots of fun, makes me work hard during each session, and has taught me how to eat in order to sustain a more healthy lifestyle with lots more exercise. I now train with the Fit Stuff guys 2 to 3 times a week, run and also play beach handball on the weekends. Even though I am doing a lot more than I was before, I feel like I have loads more energy and don’t get tired like I used to. The early starts are definitely worth getting up for (and get much easier over time)!
To my surprise, I can now run 10km! The first day of Fit Stuff I could barely make it around the oval. Thank you very much to the Fit Stuff team, I have had a ball training with you so far and I look forward to the next challenges you throw my way.
