Phil & Tammy currently run serve on the board of Exousia Inc (www.exousia.org.au) as Project Managers for Health Based Initiatives. This was formerly MyKids Australia Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation based in Brisbane, Australia which provides assistance and training to under privileged impoverished men, women and children in Yangon and surrounds in Myanmar. Phil & Tammy travel to Myanmar regularly to conduct Nutrition, First Aid and Sanitation seminars in Yangon for local community leaders and in villages and have influence over the nutrition and health needs of more than 250 Burmese children and adolescents.

Naturopath, Nutritionist & Personal Trainer

Phil holds a BHSc. Naturopathy from Endeavour College of Natural Medicine and the MHumNut from Deakin University. For his Masters he specialised in Obesity Prevention Programs, Diabetes Management, Sports Nutrition & Exercise Physiology and Metabolism.
Phil also holds certifications in Fitness Instruction (Cert III) and Personal Training (Cert IV) from Southbank Institute of Technology where he specialised in Strenth & Conditioning, Fitness for Older Adults, Fitness for Children and Water Based Training.


Tammy Sooveere

Nutritionist, Nutrigenomics Certified Practitioner

Tammy holds a BHSc. Nutrition from Endeavour College of Natural Medicine and is a Certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner with FitGenes Australia (www.fitgenes.com).
Tammy has expert understanding of the mechanisms by which nutrition can promote health creation and influence genetic expression. She has a passion for creating simple easy to follow steps to understanding the foundations of nutrition and wellness and how we can implement those in our lives.
