I started training with Nathan in Feb 2010 with a goal to lose weight for my brothers wedding. I thought it would be impossible as I was in rehab after my second knee operation and thought it would be too difficult to get active until my knee was fully healed. Boy was I wrong, 3 months later when I finished rehab I was 11kg lighter and was still shedding weight. Nathan & the Fit Stuff team helped me realise that the only thing holding you back is yourself. I have now lost over 22kg and have almost reached my end goal. I competed in last years 10km Bridge to Brisbane and am training to compete again this year. 18 months ago I couldn’t even run 500m. I have a completely new attitude towards life and my body which I couldn’t have done without them. I enjoy outdoor fitness 1-3 mornings a week (even in winter) and just can’t get enough. I have even decided to become a personal trainer myself and help others achieve the happiness Nathan and the Fit Stuff team have given me. I am only a few weeks away from being qualified and cannot wait to get started. I love the new me and won’t ever go back! I cannot thank Nathan & Fit Stuff enough for bringing me back to life!
