I absolutely love your empowering approach to training. Your words of encouragement and support when I am lagging behind the rest of the group are what keep me coming along. When we go for those long jogs (well they are long in my world) down the road to the next park, it is so nice that one of you will stay behind and jog with the least fit people.
The support you have given me with the food diary has taught me so much about eating healthily and ensuring the right food groups are eaten at the right time so that they can be used as a source of energy and not in adipose tissue.
Most of all, you guys are just beautiful, keep up the good work and you will definitely be seeing me next year.
