Hi everyone, I am so exited to be coming on board with Fit Stuff in 2018. I feel very passionate about fitness and the healthy lifestyle that goes along with it. Obstacle course racing is what I love, along with running and endurance events! I look forward to helping you set goals and to train hard in preparation for them! I can’t wait to be part of your fitness journey for 2018.



We Welcome Kate Our YOGA Instructor!

Kate Achachlouei will be joining the Fit Stuff timetable 3 times in each 10 week round on Fridays 530am Week 3, Week 6 & Week 9! It would be great to have as many of you there as possible to try it out for the first time or again for those who have attended Kate’s class previously and gave fantastic feedback!

The word YOGA actually means “union”, so it’s a practice of uniting the breath and the movement, to create balance in the mind & body.

The relaxing breath techniques can help to regulate blood pressure, calm anxiety, reduce insomnia, headaches, arthritis, and inflammation in the body.

Physically & mentally, YOGA allows us to increase our flexibility and strength. It also helps us to become more mindful and body aware.

One of the best things about YOGA is that it’s a completely individual practice, so you do what’s right for your body, choose the appropriate level or variation for your capabilities or how you’re feeling, so anyone can do it! YOGA really allows you to embrace your uniqueness!



Redlands Kayak Tours is an award-winning local business that provides kayak tours, kayak lessons and kayak eco-experiences on the spectacular southern Moreton Bay waterways of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Fit Stuff will be aligning with Redlands Kayak Tours in 2018 to bring a cardio/ fitness style kayak session once in every 10 week round! This will have an additional small cost and more details will be released in Round 1 next year!




Louise the Fairy Godmother and Captain Jesse James spend their time entertaining children as Fantastic Kids Parties!

FKP is a fun and affordable mobile service that provide entertainment to kids parties, after-school care programs and special events with a variety of different packages.
