simply fixed traits. They spend their time documenting their intelligence or
talent instead of developing them. They also believe that talent alone creates

growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be

Hi everyone, an update on the journey of my 24hr endurance event. 4 days to go! The event has come up so fast. That’s where the importance of a training plan is vital. Two weeks ago I did a big weekend of training. 6hrs training on Saturday afternoon/night and 2 and a half on Sunday. So over 8-1/2hrs and over 35 kms. I used this time to test my food hydration and clothes.
This week I will keep myself moving but not do any hard sessions. I am aiming on doing some live videos on Facebook so please feel free to friend me if we aren’t already friends. It will give you an insight into what these events are like. How am I feeling? Pumped, nervous, freaking out about the cold but my aim is to get through 7 laps which will be approx 77 kms. The cold is a real worry for me but I have been training my mind on this and we will see how I go. I think a lot of people go into these events and are worried about failing.
My belief is whatever my result, I am taking myself so far out of my comfort zone I am proud of whatever I achieve. Cheers Nicci

and whole grains.
Some studies have
shown that simply eating more fiber-rich foods may help you lose weight and
keep it off.
intake is as easy as adding beans to your salad, eating oats for breakfast or snacking
on fiber-rich nuts and seeds.
