All Ladies Only Sessions Converting to Mixed Adult Sessions!

Hello team, I hope you are all well and kicking goals! A decision has been made that will be the removal of the ladies only session title and will be converted into the normal mixed adult sessions title. So to be clear from Round 3 all sessions on the Fit Stuff timetable will be catering for both male and female members. Thanks again for being awesome legends!

 

What’s Everyone’s Thoughts on Having Two Boxing Sessions Per Week?

I have been thinking about introducing a second boxing session to the timetable! Please share your thoughts as I was thinking about making Monday morning a half boxing and half bodyweight style session so that it still keeps what we have been doing but also adds another dimension. Look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Each month we will be recognising 1 or 2 members for their attendance, team morale, support, positive attitudes and motivation for other members. Welcoming new members and making them feel part of the team is also a crucial part in receiving this award. Session frequency is also another key factor that contributes to a member receiving a special gift for been an amazing Fit Stuff member!
