Awesome first week back for round 2 of 2011. This Saturday the 16th of April at 7am, after our Fit Stuff session we will be putting on a breakfast for all our members followed by a group discussion on nutrition. You MUST let us know if you will be attending the breakfast, as we will be buying food based on numbers.
Please bring recipe’s you would like to share, question’s you would like answered and food diaries if you have them. Allow an hour for the breakfast and discussion, we are aiming to be finished by 8am. We will be catering for vegetarians & coeliacs as well.
One more thing, we may have a few Good Life members joining us this Saturday who are part of the 8 Week Overhaul.
