Fitness to me is not a sometimes thing, it is a way of life. I believe in living life to the fullest, setting goals, working hard to achieve them and enjoying every moment of the journey along the way.

I have always enjoyed sport and fitness. When I was 19 I suffered Glandular fever, followed by Chronic fatigue. It was a journey to get back into fitness and to have a positive mind as a walk around a block would set my fatigue and feelings of sickness off again.

At the end of 2014 I started my obstacle racing journey and since then I have competed in a number of obstacle races including Spartan obstacle races and the Taurus 200km obstacle race where I competed in the 100km individual race and placed 3rd female in a time of 25hrs.

2018 brought on a new challenge for me. I decided to take on the Spartan 50km + ultra race. I started the Ultra with 305 other racers, only 167 of us finished, 64 women started 17 finished which qualified me for worlds.The feeling when you finish a race like this and realise what you have achieved mentally and physically is amazing. Always dream big and know I am here to help you make them a reality.

2019 was a big year with 3 Spartan trifectas another 50km+ Ultra,a 12 hr Spartan Hurricane heat in Hawaii ,the 24 hr Ocr True grit world championships and other amazing events.I do these events because I believe you need to get out of your comfort zone to realize your true potential.

I have also competed in the Gold coast Marathon, the Gold coast 30km twice, a number of Half Marathons and other runs and also love to hit the trails.

I think Fitness is also about having a clean diet and taking care of yourself “body and mind”

I am so happy to be part of the Fit Stuff team and love to help people achieve amazing results.Once you realize just what you are capable of and believe in yourself,that’s when true strength begins.
