8 Week Life Changing Challenge Urgent Details:

  • Registrations Open Now!
  • Registrations Close Friday 7th of July!
  • Upfront Payments Due: On or before Monday the 10th of July!
  • Direct Debit Payments Commence: Friday the 21st of July!

What’s The Price?

  • $31.25 weekly direct debit for 8 weeks or $250 upfront for all first time members.
  • $28.15 weekly direct debit for 8 weeks or $225 upfront for all returning challenge members.
  • Refer a friend or family member and save 10% off your challenge fee!
  • 5 referrals will give you FREE access to this year’s challenge!

$50 Deposits Due: On or before Monday the 3rd of July ( this is not required if you pay your fee all upfront before this date and direct debits can have this deposit added to your debits if you prefer )

If you are 100% committed please let us know so we can email you your registration form as your challenge training tops will take 2-3 weeks!

Optional Testing Information:

  • Your first Biological Scan, Measurements, Before Photo and Fitness Testing: Saturday 22nd July 6am!
  • Your Final Biological Scan, Measurements, After Photo and Fitness Testing: Saturday 16th of September 6am!


What To Expect & Do Once Registered & Confirmed:

  • Accept Closed Facebook page invite!
  • Download your On The Pulse Meal Planner from the Facebook group page!
  • Phil Sooveere is your in house Nutritionist and health professional expert that will be providing your shopping lists and meal planners along with 24/7 online support via the Face book page!
  • Kellye O’Brien owner of The Clean Life Collective and one of last years challenge winners will be designing your meals, running food workshops and providing a Q & A time slot each week!
  • Please download the Fit Stuff app to your phone free of charge from your app store – please also accept push notifications in the process!


  • 3 live educational cooking workshops and demonstrations from Kellye & Phil!
  • A visit to Kelley’s home to join in on a delicious cooking demo workshop and tasting – Week 4 Thursday the 17th of August!
  • Challenge member only bootcamp / kayak session (small additional cost for kayaking – bookings essential)  and healthy breakfast supplied by Chris Vassallo from Pura & Free – Saturday the 5th of August Week 2!
  • Challenge member only bootcamp – Saturday the 2nd of September Week 6!
  • Weekly workout programs will be posted each Sunday and will be downloadable for you to challenge yourself at home!
  • Each challenge member will have their own points system that you can acquire points from the weekly challenges posted by Nate & Kellye!
  • Stretching videos will be posted through out the 8 weeks!
  • Nick Hickey Podiatrist from My Foot Doctor – addressing topics, questions and importance of quality footwear – Week1!
  • Dan Moore Physiotherapist from Every Bodies Physio – addressing topics, questions and stretching importance – Week 2!
  • Team outings and challenges to be discussed once challenge commences!
  • Some Local supporting businesses will be providing small gifts in your challenge packs!
  • Local supporting businesses will promote their deals to challenge members on the closed Face book page through out the challenge!
  • Your own Fit Stuff Challenge training tops!

If you choose to join a team for the fitness challenges you and your team will be responsible for selecting a team name and will work together to achieve the uploaded fitness challenges in the closed Face book page. Each team challenge will have points up for grabs therefore each team will be going head to head in a friendly manner against the other teams! Friendly banter is accepted!
