WHAT IS FIT STUFF BOOTCAMP:

Fit Stuff Bootcamp is fun, innovative, social and affordable for any budget. Forget the gym!! We have sessions running everyday of the week except Sunday’s. Each Bootcamp session offers a personalised service.

Think of our Bootcamp as a Personal Training session in a group environment!! If that’s what your looking for, then congratulations! You just found it! Fit Stuff Boot camp in the Redlands is a fun way to get fit, get into shape, lose a few kilos and to meet like minded people. Our Bootcamps are all about exercising and training in an enjoyable, friendly, group atmosphere. Training outdoors has never been so much fun!!

 

HOW IS FIT STUFF BOOTCAMP DIFFERENT:

Drill sergeants do not run our Bootcamps! We have real people as trainers who are highly motivating, enthusiastic, energetic and encouraging. Fit Stuff has the widest variety of Bootcamps in Cleveland & the Redlands.

Week to week, our Bootcamps are focused on individual and team progression in fitness and health, and incorporate all personal goals. We provide so much variety in different exercises using your body weight & equipment that not one session is ever the same. Fit Stuff Bootcamps in the Redlands offer challenges that anyone at any fitness level can completed. We cater for everyone!

Standard Gym Membership + PT Session = $65-$75 per week

Fit Stuff Bootcamp Platinum Membership = $40 per week (100 Sessions Available in Each 10 Week Block)

 

FIT STUFF BOOTCAMP IS FOR EVERYONE:

Our Bootcamp trainers and members are real people. We do not provide a pretentious & intimidating gym environment. We welcome everyone no matter your age, weight and fitness level as Fit Stuff has a place for you. Bootcamp is the army’s basic training to help kick-start and make some big results. You will learn how to perform basic exercises, with one of our trainers guiding you through, motivating and encouraging you from start to finish!! Anyone can join in and have a great time. FIT STUFF BOOTCAMPS LOCATIONS?

Fit Stuff Bootcamps have a number of locations.  Our main location is G J Walter Park Cleveland behind the Grand View Hotel. Our Ladies only sessions & Fit Kids sessions are held at Cleveland Point Lighthouse Park Cleveland Bayside. If weather is extreme or terribly wet, we use the Cleveland Showgrounds undercover area.

We always run sessions RAIN, HAIL or SHINE!!

WHEN IS FIT STUFF BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamp sessions run every single day except SUNDAY!! We have a total of 7 mixed adult Bootcamps each week + 3 Ladies Only Bootcamps and a Bootcamp for Kids COMING SOON!.  That’s a total of 11 Bootcamp sessions every week!!

HOW LONG DOES FIT STUFF BOOTCAMP GO FOR?

All Bootcamp sessions are 1 hour in duration.  Each session will consist of a warm up, light stretch, 3 activities/drills, cool down & stretch. Perfect way to start the day & a perfect way to end the day!! Release stress and increase your energy!!

 

FIT STUFF BOOTCAMP COST & PACKAGES?

Your “FIRST WEEK FREE” is our way of allowing you to experience our Bootcamps before commiting.  This is a no obligation trial period!!  What have you got to lose????

Bootcamp is a group training program and we are a small local community based business, therefore we are able to keep the prices within your budget. There is a range of packages to suit everybody no matter what, and we are very flexible with your weekly availabilities. Our Platinum package is $399 upfront or $40 per week on direct debit!!  This is as low as $5 per session, now that’s affordable!!
